7 Days?

You and I both know that 7 days isn't long enough to see your body transform - that's not the point.

I want to give you the opportunity to go on the same journey with us like Kelley did. Before she started at TFW Concord she had a hard time managing her weight and simply being active on a consistent basis, and then she saw a facebook post that a friend put on her wall (does that und familiar?).

Startng out wasn't comfortable, but our rule is just show up and we'll take care of you. She trusted us and she's lost over 10% body fat, and is healthier and happier.
